[Friends] Making a difference - park events

Hi

There is the Neighbourhood Assembly meeting tonight (Tuesday) at 6.30 at
the Bruce  
Grove Youth Centre, 10 Bruce Grove where the community can express  
their preference for 'Making a Difference' funding applications. 

Local Friends groups have 2 applications in, both of which need our
support. One is Art in  
the Park (in Downhills in July) which will not be able to go ahead if we
dont get the money,  
and the other is the Restore the Rec Festival (in Lordship Rec in Sept).

I shall be going along but if anyone else can get there just to stick  
their red dot on our projects then that would be good. I have no idea  
if anyone takes any notice of the public preference but I dont want  
to take that chance.
